Marquis Builders has you in mind, and strives to make your home building experience as enjoyable as possible. With that in mind, please review our building process to get an idea of the general order of activities when you build a new home with Marquis Builders.
Just below the building process, you will see a list of current developments that Marquis Builders has experience building in, or we can build on a lot that you already own.
Below the list of developments, you'll see a list of floor plans that we have available for you to choose from if you do not yet have a plan. Any of the plans you see here can be customized to meet your needs, or you may also work with our architect to develop a plan that is wrapped around the way you live.
To help us understand what your goals are for your new home, please download the Tell Us What You Need form, fill it out, and bring it to our initial meeting.

The Building Process
